Gardening Your Grief

Tips for Valentine's Grief

Our grief could be compared to an overgrown garden. We know it’s there, but we don’t really want to face it. For a while, we might be able to put it out of our minds but it’s still there getting more daunting the longer we ignore it.

‍Traditional grief work encourages you to talk about ‘the garden’, maybe listen to others talk about what they’ve done with theirs. But yours is still lurking, un-weeded, unattended.

Grief Recovery will give you the tools you need to tackle that mess with a specialist by your side to help you and guide you. Any job is made easier with the right tools and someone to show you how to use them effectively.

When the six private online sessions have finished, you will still have those tools to tackle any new weeds that pop up. Would you like to tackle your grief? Would you like to be able to see a clear path to move away from the pain and isolation your grief is causing? Would you like to have more energy?

The current lockdown has given many the opportunity to reflect on their life and to realize they need to take the actions needed to live forward and receive relief from the pain.
